Update on May 10, 2010 Meeting of CFS Advisory Committee

The federal Chronic Fatigue Syndrome Advisory Committee meets next on May 10, 2010 in Washington, D.C. The meeting is open to the public and will be webcast at http://videocast.nih.gov. Realplayer is required to view the videocast. This meeting will also be archived for future viewing. The meeting agenda is provided below. Five individuals have been recently appointed to the CFSAC by the Secretary of Health; a roster of the appointees is copied below. "In response to the committe's request for testimony on the topic of the CFSAC charter that expires on September 5, 2010, the CFIDS Association submitted a 5-page written statement: http://www.cfids.org/advocacy/cfsac-testimony042610.pdf. CEO Kim McCleary will attend the meeting and will present an abbreviated form of these recommendations during the public testimony.
