The Board of Directors of The CFIDS Association of America met
on December 10, 2003 to review a name change statement issued by the CFS
Advisory Committee (CFSAC) to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.

The Association's Board approved a statement reflecting the
recommendations made by the CFSAC regarding changing the name "chronic fatigue
