you... CSN awards

Each
year during the fourth quarter,
CFIDS Support Network (CSN) members are given the opportunity to acknowledge CFIDS support groups and
individuals who are making a difference in the lives of CFIDS patients for CSN ACTION and Champion Awards.
ACTION Awards (Always Committed To Improving Our Network) recognize the efforts of people who strive to
help others cope with this debilitating illness. Simply put, CSN members worldwide have a chance to say
"thank you" for supporting them. CSN ACTION Awards are presented to CSN groups who have shown
excellence in service to the CFIDS community. This award is shared by the group and recognizes its cumulative
efforts from September 1 through August 31. ACTION award winners receive a certi-ficate of recognition
and a gift certificate for educational materials from The CFIDS Association of America. Winners of the

CSN ACTION Champion Awards
are presented to individuals
who have offered outstanding support on behalf of persons with CFIDS from September 1 through August 31.
Past winners include leaders and members of CFIDS support groups, caregivers, health care professionals
and researchers. Champion award recipients receive a certificate and a small token of appreciation. Winners
