The CFIDS Association of America values its friends and donors – individuals, families, foundations and corporations whose generosity and faith in our work has sustained and accelerated important Association-led efforts to defeat CFIDS. So send us your snapshots (black & white preferred) and let us recognize you within the pages of our 2003 Annual Report.

Pictures must be received before March 31 for consideration. Pictures cannot be returned and submission does not guarantee inclusion in the publication.
