generously donate a portion of every sale made to the CFIDS Association of
America. Whether you are shopping for birthdays, anniversaries or baby showers,
your purchase means increased CFIDS advocacy, research and education. We thank

Amazon now has much more than
books, they have CD’s, videos, DVD’s and toys! Click on
the Amazon graphic link above and the Association will earn from 4% to
8.5% whenever you make a purchase. Percentage earned depends on your shipped
items volume for both Amazon and third-party items. We can earn a maximum of
$25 in referral fees on personal computers--for all other product groups,
referral fees are unlimited. Please note that Amazon does not pay referral fees on sales of gift
certificates, Auctions and
zShops items, or items from any external site to which they link, e.g., CarsDirect.com.
The iGive shopping mall has grown to over 400 participating

The Association receives a percentage of the price of items purchased (purchase

Merchants may offer different donations for
different products. Occasionally, some specific products will not be
eligible for a donation. These donation rules/exceptions will always be
listed under the "Exceptions" link in the iGive Mall, and in the Coupon Window
which appears on the lower-right corner of your desktop when you shop.
We offer beautiful CFS & FM
Awareness designs that are printed on shirts, mugs, and
notecards. The designs have been created by an 11-year-old
girl for her aunt who has been living with CFS for 5 years.
There are also designs with
humorous quotes, graphics, and items for infant/toddlers. Click on the Slamdunks

item to the CFIDS Association of America.

V-DAC manages a service that duplicates how the largest
charities handle vehicle donations.
The Association
will receive about the same amount a car dealer would clear if he accepted the
car as a trade-in, prepared and auctioned the vehicle (including dealer
overhead). The amount a charity receives varies with the age, condition and type
of vehicle. Some vehicles cost more to pick up and process than they bring in at
auction and so the charity receives nothing. If your charity is donated a number
of vehicles, they should receive between 45% and 60% of gross auction/sale
proceeds.
