Since 1987 the Association has depended heavily on the financial support of donors like you to serve the CFS community. In fact, in 2007, excluding government grants for specific projects, gifts from individuals accounted for 87% of our unrestricted income.
As a national voluntary, non-profit health organization, we focus these resources to:
- Expand research into the causes of CFS so cures can be found
- Secure a meaningful response from the Federal Government
- Build recognition of CFS as a mainstream medial concern
- Educate health care providers about how to diagnose and treat the illness
- Help patients cope
|
While the mystery remains unsolved, we're leaving no stone unturned. It's a tall order, but when Americans collectively set their minds and hearts onto a problem or a cause, there's very little they can't achieve.
On behalf of the millions of Americans who suffer daily with CFS, please give generously today. Your gift is fully deductible. With your help, we can make CFS history! |
