Making cfids.org and clinicalrounds.com trusted sites

For Internet Explorer only

1. On the Internet Explorer Tools menu, click Internet Options.
2. Click the Security tab, and then click Trusted sites.
3. Click the Sites button (a new window should appear).
4. In the "Add this Web site to the zone" box type in: cfids.org
5. Click the Add button.
6. Again in the "Add this Web site to the zone" box type in: clinicalrounds.com
7. Click the Add button.
8. Click the OK button.
9. Click the OK button on the Internet Options window.
